Integration

Data collected and approved by Tenrox software can be exchanged with:

• Payroll: ADP Payroll, Ceridian, ACCPAC, Great Plains, QuickBooks
• Project management: Microsoft Project (support for standard or Real-Time Synchronized Integration)
• Accounting: ACCPAC, Microsoft Great Plains, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, and Navision Financials
• Messaging & desktop applications: Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook, Lotus Notes, Windows Server
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson and Oracle
• Office applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and Corel Word Perfect

Financial Integration

Tenrox supports out-of-the-box integration with all major financial and payroll systems. Financial integration includes multi-currency support, multiple-tax processing, and segmentation, as well as full G/L transaction export. Tenrox invoice and payable time, expenses and charges can be exchanged with A/R (Accounts Receivable), A/P (Accounts Payable) and G/L (General Ledger) modules. Time, expense, and charge data can also be exported to the financial system's payroll module with mapping to pay codes and earnings information.
